We opened Castle Flooring & Design in 1998 with the mission of providing our clients with a better customer journey. We had noticed a lack of unique flooring products in the local Austin market, and few qualified installers. We knew from personal experience how frustrating it could be to search for quality materials at a big box store, not to mention getting trustworthy design guidance. We also knew the challenges in finding an experienced contractor, and the unwelcome surprise of inferior work. From the beginning, we wanted to do things differently. We wanted to help our customers have a better customer journey by offering creative design expertise, an extensive product selection, and superior installation services.
