With a multidisciplinary approach to every project, our firm encompasses the entire spectrum of design and construction process. We collaborate with an extensive network of consultants, construction experts, and craftsmen to collectively oversee all of these elements. Our firm was founded in 1992 and is licensed to practice from its historic headquarters in Roslyn, New York. At Sussan Lari Architect, we believe that one enters into their home the minute they step on to their property. That's why we pay as much attention to the design of the house setting within its garden surrounding and the connectedness and fluid relationship between inside and outside. Our Approach

In order to build ethically, we do extensive research into the construction materials available in the market and choose the most sustainable and energy-efficient products whenever possible. We believe that a well-designed home exists harmoniously with its surroundings, while enhancing the lives of those who live there.

As a graduate of the University of Tehran's School of Architecture in her native Iran, Sussan Lari continued her studies in America by completing two master's degrees in architecture and planning from the University of Pennsylvania. Her firm has completed more than 70 projects for residential and commercial clients throughout the tristate area. Sussan served as president of the Long Island Chapter of the AIA in 2000. Her firm is an ongoing member of the Metropolitan, MOMA, Guggenheim, and Whitney museums.
