One of our notable projects is the MOD NYC Residence, a starkly handsome Modernist-style two-story corner house currently under construction. The cement-and-cedar facade is pierced by an assemblage of rectilinear windows of various sizes, creating a beautiful and functional living space for our client.

Another significant project is the Resort's World Casino - Baccarat Club, a VIP access only room designed for high rollers who play high-stakes baccarat for Resort World International. The design was inspired by the theme "Shanghai Mod" and the film "The World of Suzie Wong" in the 60s, featuring a bespoke carpet incorporating a motif of ancient Chinese coins and red "chop mark" pendant fixtures, which translate to prosperity, wealth, and treasure in English.
