Bidding and Permit Filing

We streamline the bid process by selecting up to three general contractors (GCs) most suitable for your project. We schedule and attend walkthroughs with each bidding GC and their subcontractors, answer inquiries, and assist with evaluating bid proposals to recommend a qualified and responsible contractor for your project. Upon your chosen GC's selection, we expertly prepare and file all necessary permit applications on your behalf, ensuring timely and compliant construction execution.

Construction Administration

Our commitment extends beyond design and permitting. We act as your advocate throughout the construction process, providing on-site coordination and oversight. Our responsibilities include reviewing construction schedules, conducting regular field visits to ensure adherence to design specifications, coordinating finish material orders and deliveries, addressing any unforeseen challenges, and evaluating the contractor's payment requests. Our diligent efforts ensure a successful and timely completion of your project, resulting in a home that meets your exact vision.
