Our Story

Founded by grandfather Fred LaPonza, who built homes in the Cleveland suburbs, our family's venture, LP Construction, was later taken over by father Sam LaPonza. As third-generation carpenters, we, Matt, Mike, and Jason, grew up learning the trade from our father and eventually joined the family business. After years of working alongside our father, we proudly formed LPB Construction Inc. in 2017, continuing our family's legacy.
