General Contracting: We provide services, materials, labor, and equipment to prosecute the work required. We are responsible for oversight of the trades, subcontractors, and site for the project. Typically, our services are provided on a fixed-price or cost-plus contract amount.

Design Build Services: We assume responsibility for the project in its entirety, working closely with the architect, designer, engineer, and contractor to provide unified recommendations for project delivery.

At-Risk Management: We commit to a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) that is based on available construction drawings and specifications. We manage and control construction costs to ensure that they do not exceed the GMP, while delivering the project on time and in accordance with the client's requirements.

Build to Suit/Turnkey Construction: Our construction delivery method involves committing to completing the project according to specified criteria prior to construction. A fixed price is given for the scope of work spelled out by the criteria, and our company ensures that the developer's cost does not exceed the aforementioned fixed price.

Construction Management/Owner's Representative: We organize, schedule, and mobilize personnel, including professionals such as architects and engineers, as well as materials, according to the owner/developer's desires and requirements.

Development Construction Services: Our pre-construction services aim to improve the planning, coordinating, and control of a project. We identify potential problems and cost overruns and provide other benefits to our clients.

Due Diligence for Construction Concerns: We utilize our subcontractors' knowledge and expertise of the construction industry to provide services such as budget analysis, identifying problematic site conditions, defining scope of work, and ensuring that our clients receive what they purchase.

Additional Construction Services: We offer a range of services to relieve construction-related concerns and provide quality control, including budgeting, estimating, final pricing, buyout, acquisition of inspections and permits, coordination of trades, production of as-built documents, and more.
