Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is centered around a fully integrated project management approach, specializing in interior design and construction management. We believe in valuing our contractor and vendor relationships as much as our client relationships, which allows us to build virtually anything, no matter how custom. We're not limited to a specific style; we find it more exciting to work on a contemporary, a Georgian, a colonial, and an arts and crafts house all at the same time.

Our expertise extends to commercial projects, including restaurants, resorts, wineries, and multi-family commercial buildings, as well as commercial interiors. We've had the privilege of working on projects in the Washington DC Metro Area, Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Colorado, Rhode Island, Delaware Beaches, North Carolina Beaches and Mountains, and even internationally in Spain, the Caribbean, Panama, and Dubai.

Our team is led by Seth Ballard, who has 29 years of practice and a passion for creating bespoke designs. We're not just architects; we're problem-solvers who think outside the box to create innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs. We believe in being humble and carrying a big stick, which means being open to our clients' input and feedback throughout the design process.
