Our Story
Originally incorporated as Value Roofing in 1995, we changed our name to Signature Roofing in 2003 to better reflect our dedication to customer service and the use of quality products installed by our accredited roof technicians. While we no longer strive to be the least expensive roofing contractor, we remain committed to providing the best roof replacement service in the Northern Virginia area. Each roof replacement project is site-supervised by our owner, Bill Marshall, to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Our Expertise
As a SELECT Shingle Roofer, we have achieved an accreditation held by less than 1% of roofing contractors nationwide. Our owner, Bill Marshall, is a member of the CertainTeed Professional Roofing Advisory Council and holds a CertainTeed Quality Master rating. Each crew member has earned and maintains Master Shingle Applicator accreditation, providing education in every aspect of shingle installation techniques and approved procedures for installing all CertainTeed shingles.
Our Services
We provide quality roof replacements and roof repairs using asphalt roofing products from CertainTeed. Our CertainTeed-accredited MSA roof technicians perform all installations, ensuring that each roof is installed to the highest standards. We serve the City of Manassas, Prince William, Fairfax, Fauquier, and Loudoun counties as a licensed Virginia Class A contractor. Copies of our business license, liability insurance, and worker's compensation insurance coverage are provided in every proposal package.
