Our Story
Sean, the founder of Caldwell Construction, has extensive experience in the construction industry. Having apprenticed under his father, a decade in the Carpenter's Union, and training at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Sean has honed his skills in designing and building high-end residential homes from the ground up, as well as erecting high-rise structures around the world.
For the past 18 years, Sean has specialized in residential projects throughout Santa Barbara County. He understands the unique charm and aesthetics of each community and can navigate the complex permitting and development guidelines required at every stage of renovation. With a strong focus on customer service, Sean and his team at Caldwell Construction are dedicated to delivering exceptional results that exceed client expectations.

As a certified Journeyman Carpenter, Sean and his team evaluate the feasibility of a project, reviewing all options before providing any estimates. Once hired, we consult with clients to conceptualize and then construct the project. Throughout the process, we maintain an impeccable job site and communicate with our client to stay on schedule. Finally, we offer maintenance services to preserve your investment.
