Our Story

Our company's story dates back to the early days of our founder, Craig Young, who was inspired to pursue a career in construction after working alongside his grandfather, who was blind. Craig would read plans and specifications to his grandfather, enabling him to recall every detail, which instilled in him the importance of precision and understanding the design intended by the client and architect. This experience has been invaluable in his approach to construction, allowing him to meet or exceed the expectations of owners and architects.

Our Team

Our team consists of experienced professionals who share Craig's commitment to excellence. Our team members are:

• Craig Young, Owner/Chief Estimator/General Manager, with over 30 years of construction experience
• Lisa Grigsby, Office Manager, responsible for all administrative tasks, accounting, and office organization
• Albert Orr, Project Superintendent/CAD/Rough framing specialist, with over 36 years of experience
• Eric Eiler, Project Manager/Estimator, with over 35 years of experience in custom home and production residential land development and construction, and commercial, public, and military projects
