Our journey began when our founder, Ken Scruggs, relocated to Sevier County and founded Scruggs Appliance Service in 1993. Our Team
At Scruggs Heating & Cooling, we're proud of our talented team of technicians, who possess a deep understanding of the HVAC industry. Our team is led by Ben Scruggs, who began learning the trade from his father at the tender age of 8. Ben has over a decade of experience and holds numerous certifications. We also have Harley Grassi, our manager, who has a dynamic resume and has honed his skills in installation and service. Rounding out our team is Ken Scruggs, our founder, who has over 50 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
