Residential Pest Control
Our residential pest control service protects homes from common Pacific Northwest pests including ants, spiders, and rodents. Using low-impact treatments, we target infestations at their source while ensuring safety for families and pets. Each treatment includes a comprehensive inspection to identify entry points and preventive measures.
Termite Treatment
We specialize in subterranean and dampwood termite elimination using chemical barriers and targeted treatments. Our process includes damage assessment, colony eradication, and preventive measures to protect structural integrity. Post-treatment warranties available for qualifying cases.
Rodent Control
Our rodent control service addresses rat and mouse infestations through exclusion techniques and humane trapping. We identify entry points, remove nesting materials, and implement preventive measures. Includes crawl space remediation and vapor barrier installation in affected areas.
Integrated Pest Management
Our Integrated Pest Management approach combines biological controls with targeted treatments to minimize environmental impact. This includes habitat modification, pest monitoring, and strategic pesticide application only when necessary for effective control.
Crawl Space Remediation
We specialize in crawl space cleanup following pest infestations, including insulation replacement and vapor barrier installation. Our process addresses moisture issues, repairs structural damage, and implements pest prevention measures to maintain a healthy home environment.
