Our analytics and financial modeling teams are among the most experienced in the industry. With over 20 GWs of combined experience, our development teams have honed their expertise through numerous projects. We provide expert services in project development, including financial modeling, land acquisition, permitting, and environmental impact assessments.
Engineering, Procurement, and Construction
We provide a full suite of services during the design and construction execution phases of our projects. Our team of experts contracts with and manages vendors globally to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Operations and Maintenance
We operate and maintain all our renewable energy facilities, whether owned or for third-party clients or investors. Our dedicated team provides 24/7 monitoring and operations of all sites to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Financing and Investments

Disappointing Experience
The solar farm in Grandy, NC has failed to maintain the appearance of the road frontage on HWY. 158, according to two reviewers who were disappointed with their experience.
Poor Maintenance and Trash Accumulation
Author William Vines expressed his disappointment with the solar farm's lack of maintenance, stating that it had allowed excessive trash to accumulate and the grass was not mowed in months. He also appreciated the community effort of The Carolina Club in picking up trash along the area.
Industrial Encroachment
Old Fort Bragg's review centered around the county planning commission's brief, which was not well received. They perceived the solar farm's presence as industrial creep, and felt that the developers were dishonest and said anything for money.
