Customer Experience with the Company
Poor Experiences
Two customers, Dianne Nugent and Jim Bailey, had negative experiences with the company. They reported issues with the quality of work, communication, and customer service. Dianne's experience resulted in a flooded dining room due to the company's mistake, and they failed to follow up on their promise to fix the hole in the wall. Jim had issues with the company's pricing, as they were charged exorbitant rates for a simple kitchen faucet installation, and the job was not completed satisfactorily.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, two customers, Lynn Jewell and Ed Avlalo, had positive experiences with the company. They reported that the company was responsive, friendly, and provided good value for their services. Lynn mentioned that the company installed a hot water heater for them the same day they called, and at a lower price than competitors.
