Excellent Customer Service
River City Mechanical provides top-notch customer service, evident from the rave reviews from satisfied customers. Michael J. Mckay and Mandi Sharpe both gave the company a perfect 5-star rating, praising their quick response time and helpfulness in resolving issues. Michael's water heater blew out, but the company quickly got him back up and running the next day. Mandi was locked out of her building, but the service team heard her yelling and came to her assistance.
Disappointing Experience
However, not all experiences were positive. Jeramie Hoyt was disappointed with the service he received. Although the technician replaced one part, the problem was not fully resolved, and the issue remained. Jeramie was also frustrated with the phone service, as no one answered his calls, leaving him without a functioning central air system.
