Our Team

Our team of experienced professionals brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. Glenn Wise, our founder, has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, with a background in estimating, site and property acquisitions, residential design, scheduling, project management, employee training, client relations, and business management. Rocky Green, our Director of Preconstruction, has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of construction management, including design, cost estimating, and scheduling. Evan Mathewson, our Senior Project Manager, has years of experience in residential and commercial construction. Connor Leahy, our Senior Project Manager, has over 40 years of experience in preconstruction and project management. Molly Poole, our Commercial Construction Project Coordinator, brings three years of construction management experience to our team.
