Our founder, Cameron, has been a driving force in the energy management industry for over three decades. With a strong background in finance and entrepreneurship, he has founded multiple companies, including Sustainable Energy Management Group and Sustainable Energy Solutions, Inc. His mission is to increase real estate equity through the addition of revenue and cutting energy costs, utilizing sustainable products such as solar installations, energy monitoring, and co-generation.

Cameron is a strong advocate for his clients, and his expertise in strategies such as smart commodity procurement, monitoring, co-generation, geothermal, and measures to assure enterprise resiliency has helped countless businesses and individuals achieve their energy management goals. Through his work with Sustainable Energy Solutions, he has implemented co-generation, energy monitoring, light retrofits, and solar power in Africa, demonstrating his commitment to sustainable energy practices on a global scale.

Our co-founder and COO, Luis, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. Prior to joining Sustainable Energy Management Group, he served as Executive Operations Director for the Boston Globe/New York Times organizations, where he was responsible for plant, production, and facilities management. His extensive experience in energy conservation and sustainability projects, energy commodity procurement, and the evaluation of alternate energy opportunities has been invaluable to our clients.

Luis is a strong advocate for the implementation of economically viable energy programs and is dedicated to helping resource-challenged organizations find the best possible energy solutions to meet their specific needs. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA from Northeastern, and has volunteered for organizations such as TechSandbox and the Renewable Energy Initiative.
