Our Team

Our team consists of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering innovative and functional designs. Our team includes:

• Peter Wells: Peter has been in the architecture business all his life. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and is licensed in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and Florida.

• Daniel Adomilli: Daniel earned his Bachelor's of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is an Associate AIA Member.

• Philip Wells: Phil received his Bachelor of Architecture as well as a Masters of Business from the University of Philadelphia in 2012. He is a registered architect in New Jersey & New Hampshire, and is a member of the AIA.

• Simon Salazar: Simon earned his Bachelor's of Architecture from Pratt Institute and is an Associate AIA Member.

• Commercial Work: We have extensive experience in designing commercial spaces, including medical offices, showrooms, restaurants, gyms, and more. Our team works closely with clients to understand their specific needs and deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Our Process

Our process is designed to ensure that we deliver high-quality results that meet our clients' expectations. The following is an overview of our process:

• Initial Programming: This is our initial consultation where we sit with the client and discuss the overall objectives of the project. We aim to understand the functional needs, the dreams and goals, the general aesthetic aspirations, and a projected budget among other things in order to make a project that is personal and realistic.

• Site Visit/Documentation: Following the programming, we will make a site visit to measure and photograph, which will ultimately lead to making an accurate drawing of the existing conditions. Additionally, we conduct a zoning analysis during this phase to determine what local regulations will allow for on the particular site.

• Schematic Design: It is during this phase that we begin to explore different design options. We use our creativity and expertise to develop initial design concepts that meet the client's needs and goals.

• Design Development: In this phase, we refine the design concept, making sure that it is functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meets the client's budget. We also work closely with engineers and other consultants to ensure that the design is structurally sound and meets all relevant building codes.

• Construction Documents: Once the design has been finalized, we prepare detailed construction documents. These documents include all the necessary information for the contractor to build the project.

• Bidding and Negotiation: We assist the client in selecting a contractor by preparing bid documents and evaluating bids. We also negotiate the contract on behalf of the client.

• Construction Administration: During construction, we make regular site visits to ensure that the project is being built according to the plans. We also manage any issues that arise during construction and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
