Who We Are

Delly D. Yaker is a small design-oriented firm specializing in modern interior architecture and interior design for residential projects. The firm offers architectural and interior design services for a variety of projects, including new construction, additions, and renovations. The founder and principal, Delly Yaker, brings her design passion, skills, and experience to every project, providing clients with unique ideas and solutions within their budgetary requirements. Delly's goal is to create modern design solutions that result in beautiful, worldly, inspiring, functional, and sustainable spaces.

About Delly

Delly Yaker was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. She moved to the United States after graduating with a B.S. in Architecture from the Facultad de Arquitectura at the Universidad Central de Venezuela. She received an Honorable Mention Diploma and served as a teacher's assistant in design studio. Delly completed a Construction Management program from the Universidad Metropolitana. She developed her professional experience with several firms before founding her own in 2016. Delly is a registered architect in New Jersey and New York, holds the National Council of Architecture Board Certification (NCARB), and is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Architects League of Northern New Jersey (ALNNJ). She has also been recognized for her community service and has participated in several initiatives to empower Latina/x women in architecture.
