Our History

Our journey began in 1991 when Brian Jaeger founded Performance Roofing Systems with just $4,000 in savings and a 17-year-old pickup truck. With the help of two experienced estimators, Jaeger worked tirelessly to establish the young company. Over the years, we have expanded our operations, relocating from Jaeger's basement to a rented office building in Menomonee Falls, and eventually to a 32-acre parcel of farmland in Richfield, where we now operate from four warehouses and eight fully renovated outbuildings.
