Rates

We offer competitive rates for our services, which are based on the complexity and scope of each project. Our rates include:

• New Homes: unit price rate, fee amount based on square footage of finished home
• Residential Additions and Renovations: hourly rate, fee amount based on tabulation of required hours in relationship to project complexity and scope of service
• Light Commercial Projects: percentage rate, fee amount based on percentage of building construction budget in relationship to project complexity and scope of service, or hourly rate, fee amount based on tabulation of required hours in relationship to project complexity and scope of service
• Review and Modification to Third Party Drawings and Specifications: hourly rate, fee amount based on tabulation of required hours in relationship to project complexity and scope of service, or lump sum rate, fee amount based on fixed sum in relationship to project complexity and scope of service
