Jennifer Takatch, AIA

Our Principal/Project Manager, Jennifer Takatch, has over 35 years of experience in architecture and interior design. Her expertise includes project design, project management, and construction administration for public and private clients. Jennifer's primary goal is to provide distinctive and functional designs that align with her clients' construction budget.

Scott Powell, AIA

Our Principal/Code Review, Scott Powell, has been a principal at Architectura since its inception in 1988. He focuses on administration, project management, and project design, primarily working on business office, laboratory, educational, industrial, medical office, multi-family, and municipal projects. Scott is key to our commitment to staying current with CAD technology and building codes.

Stephen Takatch, AIA

Our Architect, Steve Takatch, has over 35 years of experience in architecture. His creative and responsive approach provides clear architectural programming and budget-conscious design solutions. Steve's project experience encompasses a variety of construction types and occupancy uses.

Theresa Bender, Assoc. AIA

Our Senior Architectural Designer, Theresa Bender, has over 17 years of experience as an associate architect in architectural design and drafting. Her expertise includes educational, government/municipal, and medical facilities, single-family and multi-family residential, and interior design. Theresa is experienced with current AutoCAD programs, 3-D modeling programs, and Adobe Photoshop.

Nancy Brady

Our Office Manager, Nancy Brady, keeps the business running smoothly. She handles accounting, HR, purchasing, client contact, and more. Nancy enjoys giving her two cents whenever the opportunity arises. Her black Labrador, Quinn, occasionally provides support at the office as receptionist and morale booster for Architectura and neighboring businesses.

Valerie Intini

Our Architectural Designer, Valerie Intini, has over 3 years of experience as a designer in architecture and 2 years as an adjunct professor for Alfred State College and MCC. Her project experience includes single-family residential, mixed-used facilities, industrial design, and other commercial projects. Her knowledge in assorted design and visual software includes Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, Lumion, Enscape, and Photoshop.
