Operating from its initial headquarters in Gallitzin, Pennsylvania, Seven D Wholesale quickly gained a foothold in the region, offering truckload and less-than-truckload quantities of essential building materials.

They established additional distribution centers in Eastern Pennsylvania, Northeast Pennsylvania, and Southeast New York, solidifying their presence in the Northeast.
