Unfortunately, this builder made off with their funds, leaving behind a landscape of dashed hopes and unfinished projects. Ernest, with his experience in project management and engineering design, knew he couldn't stand idly by. Driven by both professional expertise and a sense of community responsibility, he stepped in to complete his own pool project.
