Our History

Our journey began in 1973 when our founder, Joseph C. Ritchie, paired his background in general contracting with Gary D. Curbow's expertise in construction and civil engineering. The company grew steadily, expanding its scope of work and building solutions. In the early '90s, we turned another innovative corner by constructing the first pre-cast parking facility on the Peninsula. In 2005, Joseph C. Ritchie, Jr., President purchased the company from its founder. Under his leadership, we have continued to build high-rise office complexes, sports complexes, parking decks, hotels, churches, and many other commercial and industrial facilities in the community.
