About Us

Eastwood Custom Homes was founded in 1989 by John and Dorothy Vyletel. Over the years, we have built over 1,000 homes in the Traverse City area. Our team of experienced professionals includes designers, builders, and support staff who are dedicated to providing you with the highest level of service and quality.

We are proud of our achievements and accolades, including being named Builder of the Year by the Home Builders Association of the Grand Traverse Area. We are also committed to affordable housing and have partnered with several organizations to provide affordable housing options in the Traverse City area.
