Georgia-SMACNA, a chapter of the Sheet Metal Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association (SMACNA), represents the innovative and forward-thinking sheet metal contractors across the state of Georgia. We are committed to fostering quality, excellence, and continuous improvement across the industry.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower and support our members by:

• Promoting and advocating for quality and best practices in the sheet metal and air conditioning industry.
• Providing educational resources and professional development opportunities.

1. Educational Seminars & Training

• Regularly scheduled seminars and training programs for supervisors, foremen, project managers, and owners.
• Access to SMACNA's comprehensive educational resources and programs.

2. Labor Relations

• Collective bargaining representation with SMART Local Union No. 85.
• Representation and guidance on grievance and arbitration matters.

3. Technical Standards

• Hosting technical seminars on various SMACNA technical standards.
• Providing direct access to SMACNA's technical department for expert guidance.

4. Business Management & Support

• Resources and guidance on business management, project management, and safety practices.
• Access to legislative advocacy and industry updates.

5. Research & Development
