At Z-Tech Central, we pride ourselves on being a U.L. listed and FM approved monitoring station, dedicated to providing personalized service to our valued dealers and their subscribers. With over 25 years of combined experience in the industry, our station manager and courteous operators are TMA Operator certified and available to assist 24/7.

As an exclusive wholesale monitoring station, our top priority is to deliver excellent, professional services to our dealers. We believe that our size, although large enough to handle the needs of our customers, is small enough to customize our service to fit the unique requirements of each individual company.

Our Capabilities

With our state-of-the-art equipment, we are able to provide reliable service with data integrity and enhanced power availability. Our system features a "hot redundant" alarm automation computer system with a live backup, automated software, and add-ons such as Z-Tech Remote, which allows dealers to access their accounts from any device.

We utilize Aural 9 Automation Platform software and have added modules for remote access, on/off test SMS feature, and call-back text feature. Additionally, we have partnered with Cernium to offer Video Verification for our dealers.

Hardware Capabilities

Our data center features a "hot redundant" alarm automation computer system with a live backup, consisting of dual processors, power supplies, and hard drives. We also have a 4th "cold redundant" system in case of damage to the main systems. Furthermore, our infrastructure includes:

• 4 kilowatt natural gas generators
• 16 Kva UPS battery backup system with an auxiliary battery cabinet
• Back-up air conditioning units in case of failure
• Additional "cold redundant" receivers
• Redundant phone systems and dual underground telephone connections entering opposite sides of the facility

Software Capabilities

Our software features:

• Z-Tech Remote for remote access to dealer accounts
• On/Off Test SMS for easy testing of accounts
• Callback text feature for operators to request a callback
• CheckVideo by Cernium for intelligent video alarm response

Dealer Telephone Lines

Each dealer is assigned their own telephone line, plus an 800 phone number, which belongs to the dealer as long as they are in good standing with our Accounts Receivable Department.

TMA-Trained Staff

Our friendly operators are licensed, TMA-certified, and trained to make our dealers look good. 100% of our Central Station operators have completed SIA Operators course, CSAA On-Line Course, or Advanced Operator Course. Our management team consists of over 120 years of combined experience in the security, fire, and central station business.
