Mike Nett Construction, LLC, a family-owned business, has been serving the Fond du Lac area since 1958. Founded by William Nett, the company has been built on a foundation of quality and integrity. Today, as one of the longest-standing residential home building names in the area, we specialize in custom and spec homes, additions, and finishing basements.

Our History

Nett Construction originated as a family business when my father, William, opened for business in 1958. I joined my dad in 1974 after high school to learn the home building trade. This led me to a career of building hundreds of homes with quality and integrity in the St. Peter and Fond du Lac area. In addition to home building, I was also instrumental in developing four subdivisions in the area through Nett Land & Development, Inc.: Hawk's Landing, The Preserve, Pheasant Run, and Nett's Sunset Drive addition.
