At Liles Construction, we've been building a reputation for quality and integrity for over three decades. Founded in 1984 by George W. Liles, Jr., our company started out as a residential contracting firm specializing in upscale custom homes. However, George soon realized that his true expertise lay in the commercial and industrial realm of construction. This realization led to the expansion of our services to include commercial and industrial general contracting, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Our History and Evolution

Over the years, we've had the privilege of working on a wide range of projects, from education facilities and municipal buildings to commercial and industrial developments. One of our earliest and most notable projects was the building of the Cabarrus Academy (Cannon School) campus. This project marked the beginning of our expansion into the municipal and institutional building sectors, and set the stage for our growth into the premier commercial contracting firm in North and South Carolina.
