Our management team, led by President Fred Katz, brings over 30 years of remodeling experience to the table. Fred's eye for detail, design contributions, and commitment to customer budget considerations have resulted in much repeat business and long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Vice President Susie Sprinkle, with her 27 years of experience in customer service and marketing and a Master's degree in Business Administration, oversees long-range planning and communication. She has been instrumental in attracting quality staff and specialty tradesmen, resulting in low turnover, high morale, and consistent quality work. Susie's skills have also helped improve our ability to respond to customer needs and wants, as well as maintain good credit ratings with vendors and specialty tradesmen.

Debbie Butler, our Office Manager, brings 24 years of office management experience and a degree in Business Administration to the team. She promptly responds to inquiries, gets questions answered, and maintains high standards for quality personnel through thorough recruitment, screening, and verification processes.

Chuck Ruediger, our Project Supervisor, joined JFK Construction in 2000 and has since demonstrated his expertise and ability to handle responsibility. He manages projects, coordinates the activities of specialty tradesmen, vendors, and crew, and ensures that unexpected situations are handled promptly and efficiently to avoid lengthy delays.
