Our History

Wyntree Construction was incorporated in April 1988 as a "C" corporation. Our journey began with the Abbey Springs condominium project in Fontana, where our president, Bill Binn, and many of our in-house carpentry force previously worked together at Madsen Construction Co. in Madison. After completing the Abbey Springs project, we shifted our focus to building custom single-family homes mainly for Chicago area vacation home buyers. As our reputation grew, we started receiving referrals from past customers, which ultimately led us to become a "full-service" custom home builder and remodeler. Today, we take pride in offering a comprehensive range of services, from design and pricing to permitting and utility extensions, to cabinetry and light fixture selections, to delivering a clean, "ready-to-move-in" home.
