Our team is led by Rick Hadlock, a fourth-generation Nevadan and the owner of Hadlock Mechanical. Rick's passion for heating and air conditioning began in 1985 when he started his apprenticeship. Over the next 25 years, he honed his skills and expertise working with one of the largest HVAC companies in the region. During this time, he earned his journeyman's certification, a testament to his dedication and proficiency. Rick's impressive qualifications include a manometer license and teaching credentials within the industry, demonstrating his commitment to knowledge sharing and mentorship.

Alongside Rick, Vice President Ozzie Lopez brings over 15 years of experience to the team. Union-trained and possessing numerous certifications, Ozzie ensures that all work is performed to the highest industry standards. His expertise encompasses plumbing, pipe fitting, sheet metalwork, and general HVAC troubleshooting and repair.
