A Brief History

Our company was founded by Bill Poole, who began his career in the HVAC industry in the 1950s. After serving in the United States Air Force, Bill worked for some of the largest HVAC shops in Tucson, eventually starting his own business, Poole Enterprises. After the business closed in 2005, Ben Poole, Bill's grandson, left to start his own company, Trusted Heating and Cooling, committed to upholding the same values of integrity, honesty, respect, and customer-driven service that have always been a part of the Poole family tradition.
