Our team consists of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing top-quality service. Neil Chamberlain, our President/Owner, has been with Rincon for 16 years and has a wide knowledge of the industry as a whole. He is an expert when it comes to new equipment and all the specs, data, and options available. Clients find Neil to be informative as well as very relatable. Neil spends his spare time cheering on and supporting the Arizona Wildcats!

John Chamberlain, our Vice President/Owner, has been with Rincon for 11 years and handles all things financial and logistical. He attended the University of Arizona and Grand Canyon University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Entrepreneurial Studies. In his free time, John enjoys all things Tucson with his wife, Caitlin.

Ben Munoz, our Service Manager, has been with Rincon for 16 years and has nearly 20 years experience in the industry. Ben is a NATE certified technician and great at using practical skills with his vast technical knowledge to solve even the most challenging problems. Ben is extremely personable and we have never met a homeowner who didn't love him.

Gerald Chamberlain, our Past President & Owner, first worked at Rincon back in the 70's for one summer as a helper, he returned and joined the install team in the early 90's and navigated his way through all aspects of the industry, ultimately purchasing the company in 2004. Gerald retired in 2020 and now enjoys spending time on his hobby farm in Elgin.
