Spazzarini Construction was founded in 1921 by Antonio Spazzarini, who had migrated to the United States in 1907. The company started as a small trucking business and gradually evolved into a contracting business serving various public and private clients. Over the years, the Spazzarini legacy has continued to grow under the leadership of Anthony, Edward, and Mark, with the latest transformation occurring in 2022, where Mark became the sole owner and president.
