James River Architects PC was established in 2004 with the primary goal of providing design excellence and client satisfaction. Since then, we have grown to become a leading architectural firm in the region, offering a wide range of professional design services including architecture, architectural and site master planning, and landscape architecture. Our team is dedicated to creating innovative and sustainable designs that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Our Services
At James River Architects PC, we offer a comprehensive range of services to our clients. Our team is experienced in designing museums and community venues, medical and surgical facilities, commercial offices, financial institutions, religious and educational facilities, wellness and recreational venues, and aircraft hangars. We are also well-known for creating scale models of each project during the design phase, providing our clients with a clear vision and understanding of their project. In addition, we offer 3D Building Information Modeling and conflict resolution services to ensure that our clients' projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Our Team
Our team is led by two experienced architects, R. Anderson Moberg and J. Mark West. Mr. Moberg has practiced architecture for over forty years and holds licenses in multiple states. He is active in the community, serving on various boards and committees, and has received numerous awards for design excellence. Mr. West has practiced architecture in Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., and Nashville, TN regions, and has received several design and service awards for his work in promoting sustainability in architecture.
