We execute many variations of residential designs, from room conversions and renovations to single-family homes, multiple-family and cluster housing, apartment buildings, condominiums, and high-rise mixed-use developments.
Our Services
Our services include master planning, urban design, and development. We have recently done preliminary concepts for Norfolk State University, the 1st Baptist Bute Street development in Norfolk, Virginia, the High Street Corridor development of Portsmouth, Virginia, and the Renaissance revitalization of the St. Paul section of Norfolk.
We also provide expert construction management services, where we are involved throughout the design and construction of a project. From the bidding activity to construction administration, we watch over every aspect of the building process, ensuring all our client's requirements are in full compliance.
