Design and Quality
Royal Cabinet has a reputation for delivering high-quality cabinets and exceptional design work. They have successfully completed projects for customers in the past, resulting in happy clients who appreciate their craftsmanship and attention to detail. For instance, Chuck Orella notes that they built his kitchen cabinets in the early 1990s and guided him through a kitchen renovation 8 years ago, both of which he thoroughly enjoyed. Customer Service
On the other hand, Royal Cabinet's customer service has been criticized in one instance. J. Ikeda was left frustrated after ordering cabinet doors in September 2015, only to experience a series of delays and lack of communication. Despite several calls and emails, Ikeda never received a definitive answer on the timeline for delivery and eventually felt compelled to try and get his deposit back and start over.
