Small House Carpentry is a building and remodeling business that was started here in Vermont 10 years ago by Adam Marsano. Adam's vision was to start a company that offered quality work at a reasonable price, with environmental sustainability in mind. The business has evolved over the years with the primary focus now being on the provision of reclaimed lumber and the production of custom furniture. We dismantle one to two hundred year old Vermont barns, carefully deconstructing the structure to preserve a multitude of materials that would otherwise be lost. Our team of experts provides custom furniture design, building, and restoration services, using reclaimed lumber to create unique and sustainable pieces. Our goal is to create a relationship with our clients, understanding the importance of creating a space that reflects their personality and style.
