With licenses in California and Nevada, we are a registered Architect in both states and an accredited LEED professional. We are also NCARB certified, allowing us to seek architectural licensure in all 50 States. Our firm has designed or worked on over 18 resort/recreation facilities and over 250 residences in Nevada and California, as well as ten Master Planning projects in the Lake Tahoe/Truckee area. We possess both design creativity and technical expertise to provide architectural services in the commercial and residential field, while being committed to a design philosophy that elicits a soulful, emotional response from those who experience our creations.

His architecture follows the indigenous elements and characteristics of each site, while his design style remains flexible to reflect the individuality and aspirations of each client. Dennis' continued success is rooted in his profound sense of the land, his understanding of the built environment, and his ability to bring the visions and dreams of his clients to fruition. Our team also includes Natalie Zirbel, ASID, who brings years of experience and creativity in Interior Architecture, and David Espinoza, who brings 25 plus years of experience in architecture, construction, and project management.
