Our company started as a small business run by Jim and Joyce Lapham from their home in Martin, Michigan. Over the years, we have expanded our operations and built a new office and shop at our current location on 10th Street, Plainwell, Michigan.

We take pride in our ability to provide a wide range of services including the installation and repair of residential and light commercial heating and cooling units. We are also equipped to offer 24-hour emergency service to ensure that our customers are never left without the comfort of a well-functioning heating or cooling system. We are experts in servicing what we install, including brands like Comfortmaker furnaces and air conditioners, Burnham Boilers, Bard oil furnaces, and Geo Thermal heat pumps. Additionally, we are experienced in installing and maintaining Bradford White Water Heaters.
