Our History

Founded in 1996, GatorSktch Corporation is staffed with knowledgeable and experienced architects, planners, and technicians. Led by Michael Latham, A.I.B.D., and Alex Busto, A.I.A., GatorSktch has been characterized by steady corporate and professional growth. Our mission is to create contemporary design solutions that exceed the expectations of our clients, becoming one of the top design firms in the Central Florida marketplace by 2020.

Our Services

GatorSktch Corporation is an Architectural Design and Planning Firm located in Lake County, Central Florida. Our current service area extends beyond Lake County to cover Marion, Volusia, Seminole, Orange, Polk, Hillsborough, and Sumter County as well as southern Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. We provide design, renderings, and construction phase services to municipal, institutional, commercial, medical, and residential clients.

Our Team Leaders

Michael Latham, President, has 21 years of experience in all phases of architectural design and construction. He has played key roles in projects from $50,000 to $30M. As President at GatorSktch Corporation, Mr. Latham ensures the creativity and design elements created by the staff meet and exceed the high standards of our clients.

Alex Busto, Vice President and Principal Architect, brings over 30 years of experience in architectural design, planning, and construction. He has a strong background in all phases of architectural design, including project management, design, construction documents, and construction administration.

We have worked on a variety of projects including commercial, institutional, medical, municipal, and residential clients. Some of our notable projects include the Church at South Lake Sanctuary and Education building in Clermont, FL, Montverde Academy in Montverde, FL, Lake Hiawatha Preserve in Clermont, FL, and the Tavares Public Safety Building in Tavares, FL.
