Rhodes+Brito Architects, Inc. is a full-service architectural practice founded in 1996. Over the last two decades, the award-winning design firm has grown to become one of Central Florida's top architecture practices. Our Team
Our firm was founded by Ruffin Rhodes, AIA LEED AP BD+C and Maximiano (Max) Brito, AIA, based on their desire to start an architectural practice that maintained an excellent balance between great design and effective project management. Byron Lastrapes, AIA, NCARB joined our team shortly after the formation of our company, and became a Principal shortly after. In 2017, Adel Shalaby, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, PMP was named a Principal in our firm. These four outstanding members of our community form the core leadership of Rhodes+Brito.
Our Leadership
Our management team believes that architecture is about more than schedules, cost constraints, and value engineering - it's about people. It's about building successful long-term working relationships that make each and every project a joy to work on. It's about carefully listening to our clients, and working with them to create spaces that effectively respond to their needs and goals.

Lack of Recommendation
Micah strongly advises against working with this firm, especially for projects smaller than 10,000 square feet.
Permit Issues
One of the major concerns raised by Micah is the firm's inability to secure permits in a timely manner. He specifically mentions that it took 2 years to obtain a permit, which is unacceptable for any project.
