Big 6 review for Safeline Electric - Kyle responded to an emergency electrical issue at 7:30 on a Friday night and helped us get the city involved and then came back out to fix the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and timely with great communication. Will absolutely call again if we need anything in the future, and highly recommend.

5/18/25 2000, I had arcing in my breaker box. I sent a message to Safeline and Kyle responded.
5/19/25 0900, Kyle stops by and says I have a continuity issue and my box needs to be replaced. He contacted Andrew and they got to work at 1500 same day.
5/20/25 Andrew completed the job.
These guys are punctual, professional, reasonable, and empathetic to the situation. They answered all my questions and never pressured me to make a decision that cost a good chunk of change. Honestly, couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you guys.

We called Safeline on 4/4/25. Kyle answered the phone and was very attentive to our need. He stated he would be at our home at noon
He was very punctual. When we explained our situation and what we had done to try to remedy it.He had some ideas right away . We had three rooms and hallway without electricity.
He checked the breaker box and circuits .
We had one switch that would turn on a light dimly even when off. Odd indeed.
Kyle checked various things with ohmeter and was thorough. We found out that there was outlet that had very bad charred wires. He took that out and replaced wall plates. Very efficient and great attitude. Genuine caring about what he needed to do at what we feel is a fair price. Definitely recommend.
