Design Services: We provide preliminary evaluation, drawings and cost estimate; development of the design and specification of materials and systems; preparation of construction documents.
Documentation Services: We use advanced technologies to measure, represent and visualize existing and historic structures, for use in project planning, bidding, budgeting and design.
Bidding & Negotiating Services: We identify potential contractors, organize pre-bid meeting of contractors or assist with contractor interviews and assist owner with analyzing bids.
Contract Administration Services: During construction, we can review and certify amounts due to contractor, review documents submitted by contractor, prepare client's requests for changes, observe construction progress and conduct final inspections.
Post-Project Services: We provide renderings for real estate advertising, occupant surveys to determine satisfaction, post-occupancy evaluations of energy use.
