• Conceptual Design: We meet with you to clarify your goals, budget, and time frame, document existing conditions, review Code and Zoning requirements, and provide conceptual drawings for your review.
• Design Development: We develop the conceptual design in greater detail, including specific materials, dimensions, and products. Drawings may be accompanied by renderings, 3D drawings, and/or physical models.
• Construction Drawings: We prepare technical drawings and specifications for bidding and provide stamped drawings for permitting.
• Bidding: We help you find qualified contractors, answer questions during bidding, and help you evaluate bids.
• Construction Administration: We attend regular construction meetings as needed, review the contractor's progress and compliance with the drawings, and address any changes that may be needed or desired.
