Our People

Our leadership team consists of individuals who have spent years honing their skills and expertise in their respective fields. Our founder and president, Paul Mussman, is actively engaged in every aspect of the firm, focusing on setting and directing the firm's strategic goals. He closely directs the firm's quality control efforts and supports our staff in their projects and designs. Our director of design, Mollie Greene, brings over 20 years of experience and leads our design efforts, ensuring that our designs meet and exceed client expectations. Aaron Wells, our director of operations, focuses on developing internal strategies to make our design process efficient, technologically advanced, and of exceptional quality.
