Our Story

John McCulloch, our owner and CEO, grew up surrounded by historic homes and architecture. His fascination with design and construction began early, inspired by the beautiful homes in his neighborhood. This background in the humanities, combined with his father's love of history and literature, shaped his passion for preserving and restoring classic homes.
