Our company was founded by deVane Batchelor in March of 1994 in Augusta, Georgia. Later, John Allen joined the company, and the name was changed to Allen+Batchelor Construction (A+B). In 2016, Fletcher Dickert joined as a partner. For 24 years, A+B has successfully completed projects in the Central Savannah River Area, Columbia, SC, and Sandersville, GA. Our systematic approach to project delivery has yielded a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget for our customers.

Throughout our 24-year history, the majority of our projects have been either Design+Build or Construction Management at Risk. All of these projects have entailed providing preconstruction services during the design process to ensure that our customers received the best value, stayed within their ending budget, and expedited construction. Over the past decade, 89% of our projects have been Design+Build or Construction Management at Risk.
